Lessons
What instruments and subjects do you teach?
Ten disciplines, from piano, guitar, violin and voice to theory and music history. Every course →
What format are the classes?
Lessons are one-to-one. The exceptions are Theory of Music, which can be taken individually or in a small group, and Music History and Appreciation, which is taught only in groups. How lessons work →

Can I learn online?

Enrolment
What is the minimum age? Is there a maximum?
It depends on the discipline, from age three for Voice to ten for Music History and Appreciation. There is no maximum: we have taught students well into retirement, and nobody has ever been too old to start. Starting ages for each course →
Do you offer a trial lesson?
Yes, by appointment. Get in touch and we will arrange one.
What levels do you teach?
Beginner through to advanced, on every instrument listed. Several of our students are working at diploma level. Exams and levels →
Do you run crash courses or summer camps?
Yes. Crash courses are arranged according to the age and requirements of the student, and we run summer camps for children. Masterclasses are offered at all levels, and accelerated courses are available to adult students on request. Crash courses & summer camps →
Practical
Where are you located?
Our school is in Balewadi, Pune. We also teach students across India and abroad online.
How are the fees charged?
Monthly, throughout the year, and billed a quarter at a time, or half-yearly or yearly if you prefer. Registration, books and examination fees are separate. Fees & policies →

Will you help me buy an instrument?
Yes. We advise on instruments and where to buy them, matched to your budget and requirements, and we run a full piano consultancy service for anyone making a larger purchase. Instrument services →
